This first step marked the inception of what would become the company, LINDAL.<\/p>\n<p>More than three decades later, <em>Aerosol Spray Report<\/em> would describe Lilienthal as \u201cone of the pioneers of the European aerosol industry\u201d. Today, more than six decades after those first valves, dispensing technology remains at the heart of what LINDAL does.<\/p>\n<p>The technology has changed enormously. But the fundamental question is surprisingly familiar: how do you make the simple press of an actuator deliver exactly the right result?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Two products, one dispensing system<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-27674 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/BAB_3-214x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"331\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/BAB_3-214x300.png 214w, https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/BAB_3.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One example is Bag-and-Bag (BAB). Developed as an extension of Bag-on-Valve technology, BAB uses two separate bags connected to a single two-channel Bi-Power\u00a0valve. It allows formulations that need to remain apart during storage to be combined only when the product is dispensed or applied \u2014 all within a single pack.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, <em>World Aerosols<\/em> depicted BAB as LINDAL\u2019s \u201cunique dual dispensing technology\u201d. At the heart of the concept is the ability to manage two separate pathways through one valve.\u00a0 LINDAL has since adap<\/p>\n<p>ted this two-channel principle to address challenges beyond barrier-pack applications.<\/p>\n<p>That thinking\u00a0is now helping LINDAL address a very different challenge: improving the performance of aerosols powered by compressed gas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reimagining the Bi-Power platform<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compressed gases offer an alternative to traditional liquefied propellants such as LPG, but they behave differently. Conventional compressed-gas aerosols may exhibit lower spray force, different dispensing characteristics and increased fallout \u2014 differences consumers notice immediately.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-27669 alignright\" style=\"text-align: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/Turbo_3-214x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/Turbo_3-214x300.png 214w, https:\/\/lindalgroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/Turbo_3.png 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>LINDAL\u2019s solution, Turbo, approaches the problem through a two-channel Bi-Power valve architecture, with separate pathways for liquid and compressed gas.
