Since 1969, Leonhard Fischer develops, designs, and manufactures special-purpose machinery, tools, and automated production solutions in Bad Oldesloe – for the LINDAL Group and our international customers. What began on a small scale has grown into a modern, fully integrated site that brings together plastic injection moulding, metal stamping, special-purpose machine construction, and in-house maintenance under one roof.
Our solutions combine strength, efficiency, and state-of-the-art technology. Whether standard- or custom components – we deliver precisely tailored, project-driven systems with high quality standards: fast, reliable, and future-proof. Today, around 70 employees and 10 apprentices work with us – and we are growing.

Leonhard Fischer’s site is located in the industrial area of Industriestraße in Bad Oldesloe – offering plenty of space, great transport links, and short distances. On-site, you will find parking for cars, bikes, and bicycles.

How does it usually work?
After you you have handed in your application, you can expect the following steps:

- First get-to-know- If you are longlisted, we will invite you to a first call with HR or the supervisor.
- Interview on-site – If you are shortlisted, we will get to know you in person, go into detail about the position’s requirements and give you further insights into our company and your future workplace.
- Final decision – We will share our final decision-, and if you are interested, share our interview feedback with you.
