Being seen as one of the most dynamic aerosol application field, more and more food products will be packaged in aerosols in the coming years. Products such as whipped cream, chocolate and fruit mousses, oil spray, concentrated coffee and tea are already being used with aerosols, while more viscous products such as cheese, pancakes, churros, waffles and pastry creams will also be brought on board for use with aerosols.
